Balaguru Naidu is a Malaysian business leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience across construction, engineering services, infrastructure development and molecular diagnostics.
As the Managing Director of BGN Construction, he provides strategic leadership in the delivery of civil, mechanical and electrical works, project management, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning. His leadership focuses on reliable project execution, technical quality, workplace safety and the development of long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
Under his direction, BGN Construction has developed capabilities in infrastructure and building works, electrical cabling, telecommunications support and other specialised construction services for corporate, industrial, infrastructure and educational projects.
Beyond the construction sector, Balaguru Naidu co-founded Geneflux Biosciences in 2007 and has served as its Chief Executive Officer. Through this venture, he has contributed to the development and commercialisation of molecular-diagnostics technologies, PCR-based testing and medical laboratory services in Malaysia.
His experience across construction, engineering, technology and healthcare reflects a practical and growth-oriented leadership approach. Throughout his career, he has emphasised operational discipline, innovation, strategic partnerships and sustainable business development.
